Contacting Louise & Duncan

The first step is simply starting a conversation. You are welcome to contact us by phone, email, or through the contact form on each page, and we will respond as soon as possible.

You’ll find more information about Louise and Duncan below.

Meet Louise

I’m a qualified counsellor with further experience in supporting children, young people, and families. I offer a calm, steady presence that helps people feel safe – even when things feel messy or overwhelming.

My training is rooted in person-centred therapy, and I also draw on creative and play-based approaches to adapt my work to each individual. This means sessions are flexible, supportive, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

Whether you are an adult or young-person, I believe that change begins with feeling heard. That’s why I focus on creating a space where clients of all ages feel seen, understood, and never judged.

Meet Duncan

I’m a counsellor supporting people through life’s challenges. My approach is calm, compassionate, and focused on helping you understand your situation, to help yourself move forward.

I work integratively, shaping each session around your unique needs – whether that’s space to talk, practical tools, or time for deeper reflection.

Alongside counselling, I also offer supervision to newly qualified and experienced therapists.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you there – and help you take the next step forward.

What Next?

When you contact us, we will usually arrange an initial conversation to discuss what is bringing you to counselling, answer any questions you may have, and explore how we may be able to help. There is no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions during this first contact.

Many people find that simply talking things through with someone understanding can make the process of seeking support feel less overwhelming. Our aim is to help you feel informed, comfortable, and supported from the very beginning.
